No momento da autua\u00e7\u00e3o, os fiscais do CRO-BA presenciaram o acusado, identificado como Jairo Cardoso Xavier, atendendo pacientes no consult\u00f3rio odontol\u00f3gico, no qual h\u00e1 ind\u00edcios de acobertamento do exerc\u00edcio ilegal por parte de um profissional inscrito na autarquia.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O homem confessou que n\u00e3o tem gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Odontologia. Ele foi conduzido para a delegacia para lavratura dos procedimentos cab\u00edveis. O estabelecimento tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o possui alvar\u00e1s de funcionamento e da Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria, sendo interditado pela autarquia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
O falso dentista vai responder pelo exerc\u00edcio ilegal da profiss\u00e3o da Odontologia e se condenado pode pegar de seis meses a dois anos de pris\u00e3o. Sobre o profissional que acoberta o exerc\u00edcio ilegal deve sofrer penalidades estabelecidas pelo C\u00f3digo de \u00c9tica Odontol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
