Nesta quinta-feira, (21), a Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) inicia a opera\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cMerry Christmas\u201d, cujo foco principal \u00e9 o combate ao aumento de furtos de fios, cabos e fontes de luz, al\u00e9m de desmantelar redes de recepta\u00e7\u00e3o de fia\u00e7\u00f5es em Salvador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A a\u00e7\u00e3o conta com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o das Pol\u00edcias Militar e Civil, SSP-BA, Sedur, Semop, Transalvador, Vigil\u00e2ncia Sanit\u00e1ria, Coelba, Diretoria de Ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o (Dsip) e v\u00e1rias empresas de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es, que trabalham em conjunto para enfrentar o com\u00e9rcio ilegal de cabos de cobre e outros equipamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entre janeiro e setembro de 2024, a GCM registrou 144 incidentes relacionados a furtos e queimadas de fios de cobre, o que implica uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de cerca de 1,4% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo do ano anterior, que teve 146 ocorr\u00eancias. A m\u00e9dia de registros mensais \u00e9 de 16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
